the president of west virginia university will not be the president as of september. it isn't easy to see if this is by choice, but it follows the heated controversy of the awarding of an m.b.a. to the governer's daughter, though she did not have enough credits to be applicable. the company that employs the governor's daughter is a huge contributor to her father's campaigns in 2003 and to the wvu.also, good to note that it seems the university didn't really want the guy to be president anyways (there was disagreement during the appointment and the faculty has tried to oust him twice before).
